"Sensory Immersion: Sound Bath, Sauna, & Cold Plunge", a women's only event hosted by Faith, a nurturing holistic mom with a passion for bringing women together in healing and connection.

Join us for an extraordinary journey into relaxation and rejuvenation, guided by Shannon, Reiki Master & Sound Healer. Shannon will be playing the mesmerizing crystal sound bowls, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and harmony.

Faith, our gracious host, believes in the power of holistic wellness and community. She is dedicated to providing meaningful experiences that nourish the mind, body, and spirit. Rather than the typical ladies' night out centered around alcohol, Faith invites you to gather with like-minded women for a different kind of connection—one that fosters healing and deepens relationships.

Arrive promptly as we prepare for an unforgettable experience. We will have a brief introduction and breakdown of events before we begin.

Shannon will lead us into a sound bath, guiding us into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.

Following the sound bath, immerse yourself in the transformative power of thermal and hydrotherapy. Individually experience the comforting warmth of the sauna and the invigorating contrast of the cold plunge.

After completing your rounds of the cold plunge and sauna, you are welcome to depart at your leisure, feeling refreshed, revitalized, and deeply connected.

Please note the address to our location: 3408 Sherwood Blvd. Instead of knocking at the front door, simply make your way to the backyard on the left side. Look out for our distinctive treehouse and camper van in the front yard. While the numbers may be hard to spot, they are located on the mailbox.

What to bring:

Before arriving, please ensure you bring or wear a swimsuit, bring a towel or robe, and bring a yoga mat and pillow for your comfort during the sound bath.

If you need a mat/pillow please ask prior to the event.
