Nope! Our loyalty program is available to all members, including free members. However, paid members get additional perks like exclusive content, personal readings, and deeper discounts on services.

Points are awarded after you complete a service. These points can be accumulated and used for future discounts on services. If you need to cancel your appointment, simply reschedule it to ensure you still earn your points upon completion of the rescheduled session. However, please note that if you cancel the appointment altogether without rescheduling, the points will not be awarded.
If you cancel your membership within the first month of signing up, you will forfeit all accumulated loyalty reward points. Additionally, any "double point rewards" earned during promotional periods will also be lost.
After completing your first full month of membership, your earned loyalty points will remain in your account even if you later cancel your membership. However, you must maintain an active membership to continue earning new points and accessing member-exclusive point redemption options.
Double Point Promotions: Special promotional double point rewards are only retained if you maintain your membership beyond the initial 30-day period. Early cancellation results in forfeiture of all bonus points earned during these promotional periods.
Point Redemption: Active members can redeem points for services and products. If you cancel and later rejoin, your previously earned points (from after your first month) will still be available in your account.
