ANCHORED SOUL THERAPY LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SERVICES OVERVIEW
Anchored Soul Therapy LLC offers comprehensive wellness services including membership programs, individual therapeutic services, and retail products. Our Content Access Memberships are available at $7, $15, $25, and $55 monthly, providing app and website access with progressive benefits including exclusive readings, community access, personal consultations, and sessions. Massage Memberships offer $50 discounts on both 60-minute and 90-minute massage sessions. We also provide CommUnity Groups and Gangsta Loyalty Plans for enhanced member engagement.
Individual services encompass a full range of massage therapy including Custom, Signature, Oncology, Prenatal, Athletic Performance, Lymphatic, and Reiki Massage. Our energy healing services include Reiki, Sound Healing, and Vibration Therapy. Spiritual services comprise psychic readings, Tarot, Channeling, Mediumship, and Divine Journey sessions. The Spiritual Gangsta Mentorship Program is available in 1, 3, or 6-month durations. Specialty services include Vaccu Therapy, Medi Cupping, and Aromatherapy. We also offer gift cards for all services, physical products through our shop including herbs and oils, and add-on services such as Reflexology and additional Reiki treatments.
2. COMMERCIAL TERMS AND PURCHASING
When purchasing any service, membership, or product from Anchored Soul Therapy LLC, you agree that you are responsible for reading the full service description before making a commitment to purchase, and you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase services when you commit to buy and complete the check-out payment process. The prices we charge for our services and memberships are listed on the website, and we reserve the right to change our prices for services displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. 3. APPOINTMENT BOOKING AND SCHEDULING
All appointments may be booked online through our website or arranged for on-location services upon request. Intake forms are required for Divine Journey, Energy Healing, Massage, and Reiki services and must be completed prior to your first appointment. Tarot reading clients do not require intake forms. Rescheduling must be done through our website to avoid additional fees. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid charges. A no-show policy applies whereby the full service fee will be charged for missed appointments without proper notice.
Service preparation requirements vary by treatment type. For massage services, we recommend showering beforehand. For energy healing and Reiki sessions, please wear comfortable clothing. For distance services, clients must provide a quiet, uninterrupted space and assume responsibility for their environment during the session. For safety reasons, clients should not drive or operate machinery during or immediately after energy healing sessions.
4. PAYMENT AND BILLING
We accept the following payment methods: Website payments: Debit and Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Tap to Pay on iPhone and Android, Google Pay, and PayPal. In person payments: Cash, Debit and Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle. In person payment methods are subject to change. It is the customers responsibility to confirm any in person payment method prior to service. Membership fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis, charged on the same date each month as your initial signup. The fee for services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method. Service fees are due at the time of booking or service completion. Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of membership benefits or service cancellation.
5. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
For services, all completed services are non-refundable once delivered. Cancelled services receive full refund with 24 or more hours notice. Membership fees are non-refundable once benefits have been accessed. For physical products, any unopened and undamaged product may be returned with original packaging and receipt within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund based on original payment method and is subject to owners discretion. Damaged items receive full refund or replacement with evidence and owners discretion. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed.
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable, with expiration terms as specified at time of purchase. Gift cards are redeemable for services and products only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS AND USAGE
Monthly membership benefits must be used within the calendar month they are provided. Unused services and benefits expire at the end of each month with no rollover or extensions available. It is the member's responsibility to schedule and redeem all benefits before expiration. Benefits cannot be transferred, shared, or sold to other individuals. Massage members may combine membership discounts with other promotions at Shannon's discretion.
7. DISTANCE SERVICES TERMS
For distance Reiki, readings, and energy healing services, clients must provide a quiet, private space and maintain a stable internet connection for video sessions. Clients assume full responsibility for their environment during sessions and should not drive or operate machinery during or immediately after distance sessions. We are not responsible for technical difficulties or interruptions that may occur during distance services.
8. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER
Massage therapy, Energy Healing, and Sound Healing services are provided by a licensed massage therapist, certified sound healer, and certified reiki master/teacher in accordance with Florida state regulations. Florida state license MA53398. All spiritual services, readings, and energy work are provided for entertainment purposes only and are not intended to replace medical, legal, or financial advice. Members and clients participate in all services at their own risk, and all services require active client participation and informed consent.
9. RIGHT TO CHANGE SERVICES AND OFFERINGS
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason. Membership terms and benefits may change at any time at Anchored Soul Therapy LLC's discretion, and members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the app and website.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, recordings, written materials, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Anchored Soul Therapy LLC. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, record, or create derivative works thereof without express written permission.
11. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND COMMUNITY
You recognize and agree that by uploading any content including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works through any means to the website or app, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload, transfer, and send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded and transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website or within the app.
If you join our user community features, your public profile will be visible to site visitors, and your public activity such as posts and comments will be visible to other visitors of the website. You can always opt-out and exit the community at any time, and upon doing so, your profile will not be publicly visible. However, in such event you will not be able to use the community features such as liking, commenting, or writing posts.
12. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.
13. ABUSE POLICY
Anchored Soul Therapy LLC reserves the right to immediately cancel, refund, and block members from services at our sole discretion if we determine that a member has abused membership discounts or services, violated community guidelines or terms of use, engaged in inappropriate behavior toward staff or other members, attempted to circumvent payment or membership requirements, or used services in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
14. PARTNERSHIPS AND REFERRALS
We maintain professional partnerships with other wellness practitioners and may provide referrals to complementary services. Such referrals are recommendations only, and we are not responsible for services provided by third-party practitioners. Any arrangements made with referred practitioners are separate contractual relationships independent of Anchored Soul Therapy LLC.
15. INTAKE FORMS AND HEALTH INFORMATION
Intake forms must be completed before certain services including Divine Journey, Energy Healing, Massage, and Reiki services. Clients must disclose relevant health conditions and provide accurate information. Health information is kept confidential in accordance with our privacy policy. Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate health information, and failure to do so may affect service delivery and safety.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Anchored Soul Therapy LLC harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses, including attorneys' fees, made against us by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website, app, or any of the services offered.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Anchored Soul Therapy LLC be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anchored Soul Therapy LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and all personal information stored therein.
18. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these terms periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website, app, or our services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access or continue to access the website, app, or the services.
19. PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with, including your phone number for calls or text messages. If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices, please notify us at any time through any of our contact methods.
20. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the State of Florida, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
